This family is truly dear to our hearts. My husband, Aaron, has been friends with Chris since high school—getting into trouble together! Over the years, we’ve watched their family grow, and it was such a joy to welcome them for a gifted cabin stay.
Tori Miller and her family joined us for a gifted cabin stay this August. Tori received the life-changing news that she had Breast Cancer (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma) just before her birthday in 2024. She is facing this challenge with so much courage and strength, and she is preparing for surgery soon to remove both breasts.
Her husband, Chris—who was the best man at our wedding—and their two beautiful daughters, Presley and Parker, spent this time with her, soaking in some much-needed rest and family moments. It was such a joy to see the love and support they share, and to know that even in the midst of something so hard, they were able to find a little peace and happiness together.
Tori’s bravery and heart inspire all of us. We love her dearly and will be with her every step of the way, supporting her in any way we can.
