Cancellation Policy

​We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we appreciate your cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. Please take note of the following details:

• Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Stay: If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your scheduled stay, you will receive a partial refund of your deposit.

• Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Stay: Cancellations made less than 30 days before your scheduled stay will result in a credit of the deposit, which can be applied to a future stay.

We accept all major credit cards(3.5% convenience fee will be charged) cash, personal or cashier's checks are accepted.

 

All Lodging is subject to 6.875% state tax  and 1% County Tax

 

The number of guests staying in each cabin cannot exceed the maximum occupancy

 

No smoking or vaping in the Cabins.

No smoking weed in the cabins. A charge of 150.00 will be added to final bill.
